On this website
The website code contains no analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms or third-party embeds. Fonts and graphics are served locally. The website code does not set cookies or use browser storage; the hosting infrastructure may use technical mechanisms needed to deliver the site.
Hosting logs
OVHcloud may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and technical errors, to deliver and secure the website. This processing supports the legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure service. Technical logs are subject to the hosting provider’s applicable retention arrangements and legal obligations; they are separate from browser-based advertising tracking.
Email enquiries
If you contact us, your email address and the information you choose to include are used to answer your enquiry and follow up on discussions. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in managing professional enquiries or, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps you request. Access is limited to the people handling your enquiry and technical service providers needed to deliver email. Correspondence is retained while the enquiry or resulting discussion requires follow-up, and longer only where necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Please do not send health data or confidential research material in an initial enquiry.
Contact and your rights
TECH IN CARE is responsible for the handling of enquiries. For privacy questions or to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing, subject to applicable conditions, contact contact@techincare.bio, or write to Fondation Lenval, 57 avenue de la Californie, 06200 Nice, France. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL. Sending an email uses your own email provider.
